How long does delivery take?
We ship pan-India from Calicut. Courier estimates run 2–6 working days depending on the city; we confirm when you order.Are your products halal?
We do not hold a halal certificate at the moment. If certification matters to you, ask before ordering and we will tell you exactly what we can and cannot confirm about the chicken we use.Do you offer wholesale or corporate gifting?

Yes. Give us the recipient address when you order and add a message for them - no charge.What's your return / refund policy?
No returns and no change-of-mind refunds - these are sealed food products. The only exceptions: a pack that arrives damaged, spoiled, wrong or not at all is replaced or refunded on a photo sent within 48 hours. Cancel before dispatch for a full refund. Full policy at /policies/refunds.
