  • How long does delivery take?

    We ship pan-India from Calicut. Exact transit times are confirmed at checkout based on your pincode.

  • Are your products halal?

    Our halal certification status will be published on this page once the audit is complete. Until then, please ask before ordering meat-based items.

  • Do you offer wholesale or corporate gifting?

    Yes — we welcome wholesale, corporate gifting and festival hamper orders. Use the form below or write to us with your dates and box count.

  • Can I send a gift box directly to someone else's address?

    Yes. Add the recipient address at checkout. We include a handwritten gift note on Calicut Cravings stationery free of charge.

  • What's your return / refund policy?

    For damaged or spoiled deliveries: photograph the parcel within 24 hours of receipt and email us — we replace or refund. Our full returns policy is being finalised and will be published here before launch.
