Where we ship

Anywhere in India that a courier serves. We do not ship outside India yet. If you are ordering from abroad for family in India, enter their Indian address at checkout; you can pay with an international card.

Delivery charge

₹50 flat on orders below ₹400. Free on orders of ₹400 and above. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay; there are no other fees. Prices include GST.

Dispatch and transit

Orders are packed in our Calicut kitchen and handed to the courier within 2 working days of payment. Transit is typically 2 to 6 working days depending on your city; Kerala and the southern metros are usually at the faster end, the north-east and remote PIN codes at the slower end.

You receive a tracking link by email (and on WhatsApp once our number is live) when the parcel is booked.

How the food travels

Both products are fried, sealed and shelf-stable, so nothing is refrigerated or frozen in transit. Packs are placed in a carton with fill so they arrive intact. Store the sealed pack in a cool, dry place away from sunlight; it keeps for three months from the packing date printed on the pack.

If a parcel is late or lost

If tracking shows no movement for 5 working days, or the parcel has not arrived 10 working days after dispatch, write to support@calicutcravings.com with your order number. We chase the courier, and if the parcel is lost we send a replacement or refund you in full - your choice.
