What we collect

To deliver an order we need your name, delivery address, phone number and email. If you write a message for the pack, we keep it with the order. Payment details are entered on Razorpay and never reach us. We do not collect anything else unless you send it to us.

What we use it for

Packing and shipping your order, sending order and delivery updates, answering your questions, and issuing refunds. If you tick the box at checkout, we may email you occasionally about new products or festival packs; every such email has an unsubscribe link and we send at most one a month.

Who sees it

Shopify (our store and checkout platform), Razorpay (payment), the courier that delivers your parcel (name, address, phone), and Vercel (website hosting, which records standard server logs). We do not sell or rent customer data to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

calicutcravings.com uses privacy-preserving, cookie-free page analytics (Vercel Analytics) to count visits. The checkout on shop.calicutcravings.com uses Shopify’s essential cookies to keep your bag and complete payment.

Keeping and deleting it

Order records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. To see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, email support@calicutcravings.com from the address you ordered with; we act within 30 days. This policy follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
